This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website and HTA Bespoke Engraving, the owner of this Website.
Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon us sending a confirmation email to you indicating that your order has been received.

Ordering
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all information is correct at the time of placing an order. We will produce the engraving design work as to how we deem most appropriate according to the information you have given us, including any special instructions. We will not accept responsibility for spelling mistakes or grammatical errors, please check carefully that you have provided the correct information for your engraving request, and that you are happy with your design proof (if one is sent to you) before agreeing to go ahead with your order. If you choose to see a proof, we will not begin to process your order until you have approved it.

If you need very specific text sizes or layouts, please ensure these are given to us at the time of ordering. If what you have detailed is not possible or requires more clarification, we will not proceed with the job until we have made contact.

Due to visual representations on the website, please be aware that any colours, designs, line positioning and sizes may differ from that shown on the website from the real products. Many of the products are natural materials which do vary from one piece to another.

Payment
Upon completion of the ordering process, we will give you an Invoice/Reference No. and request that payment be made via BACS. Please note orders will only be processed on receipt of your payment. We will let you know if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days after payment has been received for the goods. If there is any variation in this timescale, we will contact you to let you know.

Returns Policy
HTA Bespoke Engraving aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. We do not accept returns on items that have been personalised to the customer’s requirements. In the event of damaged goods, please keep all packaging materials and provide photographic evidence if possible, and notify us via email at htabespoke@outlook.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Cancellation
HTA Bespoke Engraving reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to the design/production process at no charge. Once the design/production process has started, cancellation will be subject to a minimum charge of £10.

Intellectual Property
All Content included on the Website, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of HTA Bespoke Engraving our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws.

Changes to the Service and these Terms and Conditions
HTA Bespoke Engraving reserves the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes. If HTA Bespoke Engraving is required to make any changes to Terms and Conditions relating to sale of Goods by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.

The Service is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects and / or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by the law we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.
HTA Bespoke Engraving accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
